Each vertical operates through dedicated manufacturing lines with advanced machinery, precision testing setups, and streamlined assembly processes that ensure consistency, performance, and reliability. A key strength of Intelux’s infrastructure is its specialized PCB manufacturing clean room, designed to maintain a controlled environment for producing high-quality circuit boards — the backbone of all electronic products. This facility ensures precision, contamination-free assembly, and superior electrical performance, aligning with global quality standards.
The company’s in-house Design & Development (D&D) center serves as a hub of innovation and technical excellence. It is equipped with advanced tools such as Power Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Surge and EMI/EMC Testing Systems, SolidWorks, and OrCAD.
It also has infrastructure for LM79 light measurement, thermal testing (Heat Run Chamber), glow wire testing, and auto-soaking racks. These capabilities enable Intelux to design, simulate, validate, and refine every product to meet international performance and safety standards.
The corporate office complements these technical capabilities, housing key departments including SCM, HR, Finance, IT, Sales, and Service, along with modern training and meeting rooms that foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. Together, these facilities form the backbone of Intelux’s mission to deliver innovation, reliability, and excellence in every product.
Design and Development
Intelux’s design and development infrastructure reflects decades of engineering heritage and a strong commitment to quality and compliance. Our in-house D&D lab is equipped with advanced instrumentation — including power analyzers, oscilloscopes, surge testers, EMI / EMC test setup, and a surge generator (up to 10 kVA) — enabling comprehensive electrical characterization, safety verification, and performance validation of power-electronics and lighting products. For lighting products, we conduct light-output measurements conforming to the LM‑79 standard, ensuring accurate photometric performance. Thermal reliability is assured using a Heat-Run Chamber, while glow-wire testing, conducted emission testing, and auto-soaking racks support long-term safety, durability, and environmental compliance.
On the design side, Intelux leverages professional CAD tools such as SolidWorks, OrCAD, and Altium to create, simulate, and optimize Mechanical & Electrical designs. This blend of hardware-level testing facilities and modern CAD design tools empowers Intelux to deliver robust, compliant, field-ready products — from concept to schematic to validation and Mass Production.

The Intelux corporate office, directly connected to the manufacturing unit, houses SCM, HR, Finance, IT, Sales, and Service teams. Manufacturing Facility
Intelux Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is equipped with advanced, atmosphere-controlled manufacturing facilities designed to ensure precision, reliability, and consistent quality across all product lines. The company’s automated SMT line, housed within a clean room environment, enables high-precision and contamination-free PCB manufacturing. Complementing this is an automated wave soldering line and a lighting driver manufacturing conveyor line, both operating under controlled atmospheric conditions to maintain product consistency and performance. The Telecom Panel manufacturing line is equipped with integrated assembly and online testing systems, ensuring each unit meets stringent quality standards. Additionally, Intelux has a dedicated transformer manufacturing and testing setup, as well as a comprehensive lighting assembly and testing facility, where all tests are performed in-line during production. Supported by robust Design & Development, Power Analyzers, and EMI/EMC testing infrastructure, Intelux’s modern manufacturing ecosystem ensures every product delivers superior performance, efficiency, and reliability — true to its commitment to excellence.
