STABILISERS
In commercial and industrial electrical systems, voltage fluctuations and unstable mains supply are more than just an inconvenience — they can cause equipment malfunctions, premature failure of sensitive electronics, unplanned downtime, and higher maintenance costs, impacting operational efficiency and facility performance. Intelux Stabilisers solve these challenges with precision-engineered voltage stabilisation solutions that deliver consistent, regulated power to critical loads, protect infrastructure, and extend equipment life. Designed for data centres, manufacturing facilities, hospitals, corporate buildings, retail complexes, and mission-critical installations, these commercial-grade stabilisers provide real-time voltage correction, rugged construction, high load capacity, and seamless integration with existing power systems — making them an ideal choice for facility managers, electrical consultants, and EPC decision makers focused on reliable power quality, asset protection, and long-term operational value.
Construction Details:
The stabilisers are enclosed in powder-coated CRCA steel bodies designed for thermal and electrical protection. Internal components include heavy-duty transformers (for servo models), MOSFET or IGBT control circuits (for static models), and microcontroller-based control logic for accurate voltage regulation. All input/output terminals are clearly labeled for fast installation.
Benefits:
- Precise Voltage Stabilization: Maintains consistent output despite input fluctuations—ensuring telecom uptime.
- Supports Multiple Configurations: Available for both single-phase and three-phase telecom loads.
- Robust Protection: Safeguards against surges, spikes, overvoltage, undervoltage, and overloads.
- Compact & Rugged: Industrial-grade enclosure suited for outdoor and semi-indoor telecom environments.
- Fast Correction Speed: Quickly responds to changes in input voltage to avoid service interruptions.
- Easy Integration: Can be easily coupled with Intelux AMF, SP, or SPSM panels at telecom sites.
