Mr. Seshagirirao Narra

Founder & Chairman

Mr. Narra Seshagirirao founded Intelux in 1996. His passion for energy-efficient power solutions led to Intelux’s earliest breakthroughs in electronic ballasts. Along with strong technical acumen and business foresight, he believes deeply in spirituality and giving back to society. Guided by this philosophy, he initiated Sadguru Sri Sri Sakhar Karkhana Ltd, a sugar factory equipped with cutting-edge automation, reflecting his commitment to innovation with social responsibility.

Mr. Ravindra Narra

Managing Director

Mr. Narra Ravindra joined Intelux in 2005 after extensive experience in the telecom sector. With a strong background in electronics and wireless networks, he guided Intelux’s expansion into the telecom and industrial power spaces—developing new product lines such as power management systems, transformers and hybrid power solutions. His leadership has been key to diversification and internationalization.

Mr. Mahesh Rajwade

Whole-Time Director

Mr. Mahesh Rajwade brings a distinct perspective to Intelux, combining his background in architecture and ecology with a focus on energy conservation. His early advocacy for electronic ballasts and sustainable design has helped shape the company’s green strategy and intellectual-property portfolio. He also manages legal and IP matters within the organization.

Director

Mrs. Sunitha Kolli, an electrical & electronics engineer, joined Intelux in 2004 and has played an active role in Culture Development, System Development and People Development. She supports the development of intelligent systems, process improvement, and strategic initiatives. Her contribution ensures that Intelux remains agile people-centric, and aligned with evolving industry trends and customer expectations.
