Construction Details:

The transformer’s windings are fabricated from continuous strips of copper or aluminum foil, insulated with high-dielectric materials and layered with precise tension control. Interleaved construction reduces leakage reactance. The core is built using low-loss CRGO laminations, and the assembly is housed in a ventilated CRCA cabinet with optional terminal protection and lifting arrangements.
