Construction Details:
The Shunt Transformer consists of high-grade CRGO core laminations and foil or wire wound coils, insulated to thermal class F or H. Designed for stable parallel operation, it is enclosed in a powder-coated CRCA or oil-filled tank, with provisions for earthing, lifting, and optional protection relays. Cooling is provided through air natural (AN) or oil natural/forced (ONAN/ONAF) systems.
